I JUST LEARNED TODAY OF RICH'S PASSING AND WAS SO SADDENED. RICH WAS A STUDENT IN MY AUTOMOTIVE PROGRAM AT SAHS.. HE WAS THE KIND OF STUDENT YOU WISH YOU HAD 25 OF, RESPECTFUL, COURTEOUS, INTERESTED, AND OF COURSE THAT EAR TO EAR GRIN. WHEN HIS EXPERIENCE IN THE TRADE SURPASSED MY KNOWLEDGE BASE, HE WAS ONE OF MY "GOTO" GUYS I WENT TO FOR ADVICE. AND OF COURSE, WE ALWAYS VISITED FOR A WHILE. GOD'S BLESSINGS AND GRACE TO RICH AND THOSE HE LEFT BEHIND.

We are so sorry to hear of Rich's passing.
He was the ring bearer at our wedding - I'm sure he got tired of hearing that when we would see him even though it wasn't very often.
God Bless All of You.

I used to work with Rich at Nissen Ford. I always enjoyed my conversations with him. After I left Nissen I lost contact with him. But usually about once a year we would bump into one another and he'd great me with a big smile and a hug. We would catch up and do it alk over again in avout a year. Rich was a great guy and I send out my condolences to his family and friends. Rich your big smile will be missed.

My condolences to his family. I concur with my South Albany classmates- he was the kid with the infectious smile. Friendly and sincere guy! It was good to sit near him in class, so that his good behavior and likeability would rub off on some of us, so that teacher might overlook the rest of our spaz-like goofness!

My sincere condolences to all of Rich 's family. I always enjoyed the times we got to spend together in our younger years and even though our times together became farther in between through the years it never failed every time we ran into each other it was like we were never apart, there was always that never ending smile and friendly attitude that made it so easy to spend no time at all catching up. You will be missed my friend. Until we meet again!

Rich always had that smile and a good thing to say. Any time I ran into him we'd say "We've got to get together and talk about what we've been up to!" I know he's cruising the heavens and watching over his friends and family! He will be missed.

I think back on my memories of Rich, and they include nothing but his kindness, and his friendliness.. I pray both he and his family have peace.

Rich and my son Eric Mann were best friends in high school. One summer they went to Montana to work on one of Rich's family's ranch. I can still conjure up the image of them returning,, walking off the plane with their cowboy hats, striding so tall and confidant. Eric drowned in 1987. He and Rich are together again.

My deepest condolences to Rich's family and friends. Rich and I have known each other since grade school. Like anyone who knew him, I always liked AND respected Rich. Even though we haven't kept in touch, his infectious grin always made me smile when we did run into each other. The world is a poorer place without you, Rich. Rest in peace my friend.

Rich was known by All for his great smile, I'm pretty sure he even smiled while in his sleep! Every time I ran into Him he was full of life and a pleasure to be around, there are very few people as genuine as Rich. My heart goes out to Leesa and his family.
