Ronald Raymond Bass, 74, of Albany passed away on Friday at the Samaritan Evergreen Hospice House.
Ronald was born to Raymond and LaVerne (Mosher) Bass in Los Angeles, California.
Ron was a man of many talents: he made hats for the cancer center and all his family and friends and he made walking sticks and canes. Ron loved hunting, fishing, rock hounding, gold panning and grandchildren.
Ronald is survived by wife Donna (Williams) Bass; children Sonya Bass and fiancé Bill Allen, Ray Bass, and Angie Sauer and husband Randy; and grandchildren Deven, Amanda, Garrett, Justin, Alexus, Ethan, Dusty and Jordynn. With the marriage of Sonya and Bill, he would have had three more grandchildren, Max, Jacob and Emma, who he already considered grandchildren. With them he gained three great- grandchildren.

Private Inurnment took place at Willamette National Cemetery.
