Your staff was so ACCOMMODATING! Olivia was at my beck and call per say. I'm disabled, it's a struggle to get in/out of the car, unload walker, then hobble into your building. We had a pet cremated. Olivia removed the pet, brought the paperwork out to me in the car, waited for me to fill it out, and send me on my way.
So appreciative of the extra mile she made. Including retrieval. Olivia brought to my car the remains to pick up when ready. I gladly recommended to others and shared my service experience. I didn't ask for assistance, but my disability Placard may have suggested I could use it. Thank you so much!!!

Dearest Aasum-Dufour;
I am writing this commendation for Nick Andrews, FDE Apprentice.
Nick deserves this commendation for the wonderful, considerate, extraordinary service I received during the worse period of grief I have ever experienced.
My father passed in February of 2022. My mother passed about one year prior. Nick guided our family through both difficult times. My father’s circumstance was very different from my mother’s passing. It was very, very, sudden after a long period of suffering. To make matters worse (for the living) it was on a long holiday weekend. I begged Nick to have my father’s ashes released to me, before I had to return to work. My father never had a service for my mother, her ashes were waiting in a closet, for a “more appropriate time”; which finally came when my father passed, and Nick was able to fulfil my wishes, to have my father’s ashes ready before my plane was to leave. My brother and I were able to bury both my mother and father (together forever) in the same service.
Additionally, my father proudly served in the armed forces. Nick facilitated all the Military/Veterans awards/burial accommodations. It took me until this Memorial Day to be able to reflect over this most difficult time. Thank-you Nick for all you have done for me, and our family. Your kindness was never forgotten, just unmentioned until now. Be Blessed and know our family loves you. Susan Muse

We had to put our 14 year old Chihuahua down and it was a very difficult time for our family. They met us at about 5:00 am to take our little Louie and cremate him.
They were so helpful and the mementoes they provided us will be treasured by our family for years to come. The staff are phenomenal and sincere.

16 years ago my dad handed over the business he started in 1962 to the Dufour's. My dad, Tom AAsum, took his profession very seriously and provided service that comforted families and honored the deceased. Over the past two years the Dufour's handled my the services for my mom and dad with care and professionalism that is making my dad proud. Thank you James and Kristal and your staff for your thoughtful and loving service and thank you for honoring the years Tom and Bonnie AAsum put in building a business that continues to be an incredible community asset.

I just wanted to give a big thank you for the kindness I was showed when I had to have my beloved kitty cremated this week. They treated me with the same respect and sensitivity as anyone who had lost a loved one. The price for a personal cremation was also much cheaper than other options I looked at and came with a clay paw print, ink paw print and hair clipping which I appreciate. Thank you again Aasum- Dufour for making this difficult time easier on me.
