In light of the Corona Virus we have adopted a Stay At Home Arrangement Helper to help our families during this time of pandemic. If you have lost a loved one or will soon, our directors will conduct a phone and/or video conference with you to help guide and walk you through this journey.  We are and will continue to be 100% dedicated to our families with the very best service and quality available in our community.

Our director will schedule a time and this page will serve as an agenda for your phone conference.

There are various items that will need to be discussed during the time of the phone conference.  We have categorized them in to six groups.

  • Cemetery Information
  • Family contact information
  • Life Insurance policy information             
2.  Decisions You Will Have To Make
  • Casket Burial or Cremation
  • Cemetery Selection for burial of casket or urn
  • Would you like a viewing with live streaming
  • Would you like the interment or inurnment live streamed
  • Would you like a public service at a later time
  • Merchandise selection
  • Obituary decisions
3.  Selections For The Service
  • Select burial or cremation package: by phone or video, the director will navigate you through the available packages and merchandise.
4.  Sign Forms
  • All documents will be sent through DocuSign
5.  Things You Will Need To Bring To Funeral Home or Email
  • Clothing: undergarments, clothing, jewelery
  • Veteran discharge papers (dd214)
  • Life Insurance Policy
  • Payment by check or cash if not paying over the phone with a credit card.
If you are coming to the funeral home please let us know when you are in the parking lot by calling us at 541-926-5541 so that we can meet you outside and receive your items.
