David Paul Newman August 27, 1944 – April 8, 2024 David Newman, 79 of Albany, OR, passed away on Monday, at Regent Court in Corvallis. Dave was born in Syracuse, NY, to Ralph and Elizabeth (Rannings) Newman.  He grew up in Syracuse, NY until the age of 12.  He then moved to Lebanon, OR, and graduated from Lebanon  High School.
