Alan Ross Martin, 65, of Albany passed away on Monday.
Alan was born in Salem to Lester D. and Irene M. (Sylvia) Martin. He attended school in California. He served in the Navy during Vietnam and was honorably discharged in 1971.
He married Rosemary J. Rawstern on Feb. 14, 1986. Rosemary passed away April 28, 2004.
Alan owned and operated Martin's Radiator in Albany for many years and then worked for Selmet as a shipping and receiving clerk until he retired due to health.
He was a member of First Assembly of God in Albany, Patriot Guards, local chapter pioneer H.O.G. Albany; national chapter H.O.G. (Harley Owners Group); and Christian Riders Association.
Alan is survived by his father, Lester D. Martin; stepsister Sandra Otsyela of Eugene; brother Dan and wife Judy Rawstern of Lebanon; nephew Troy; and many other nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother and wife.
A celebration of life will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27, at First Assembly of God in Albany.
Memorial contributions may be made to Samaritan Evergreen Hospice in care of the funeral home.
