IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Arvid Wayne
Robinson
December 22, 1942 – November 3, 2024
Arvid was born in Gibson County, Indiana to Martin and Fay Robinson. At a young age the family packed up and moved to Salem, Oregon. He would go on to attend school in South Salem before eventually settling in Albany.
Arvid worked for Wah Chang from 1966 to the early 2000's before he happily retired. In those in between years, he was a family man and could be found wood working, traveling, and sitting on the porch soaking up the sun.
Arvid was loved by many and attended monthly high school luncheons with some of his graduating class. When he wasn't at their lunch you could find him at Dennys with his Wah Chang crew. You could say he loved gatherings that included food. When he wasn't eating, he was often at his favorite coffee shops making sure he gave the baristas all the gossip he knew.
Arvid is proceeded in death by his wife Mary Ann, sisters Marjorie, Ruby, Wanda, Retta, Phyllis and Sue.
Arvid leaves behind two sons, Scott and Brad, granddaughters Taylor, Kennedy, Marissa and Khloe, and whom we all know was his favorite; his great grandson Rex. He leaves behind many more family members, a sister, brother, and many more that he truly loved.
Flowers can be sent to Arvid's home address. Please reach out to family for that information.
