Obituary
Bruce Gordon Augustine, 52, went to be with Jesus on Thursday while his mother, Virginia Hilderbrand, and best friend Martha were at his side.
He was born in Ontario, Calif.
He is survived by his mom and stepdad, Virginia and David Hilderbrand; sons Bruce Jr. and Joshua; daughter Amanda; daughter-in-law Candice; granddaughter Diana; five other grandchildren; niece Brittany; and nephew Rodney.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ted; siblings Rodney and Rhonda; and wife Diane.
His main occupation was construction. He loved life, music, the outdoors and spending time with his family.
Viewing will be from 1 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, March 28, at AAsum-Dufour Funeral Home. A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 1, at Albany Foursquare Church, 529 Jefferson St. S.E.
Contributions can be made in Bruce's honor to Albany Foursquare Church.
