Cassandra Stewart Jimenez, 54, of Albany passed away on Sunday.
Cassandra was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, to John and Iris Stewart and moved when she was a child to Chicago where she grew up. She met her husband, Ricardo M. Jimenez, in 1989 and they were married in August 1991 in Chicago. They moved to Oregon in 1996.
Cassandra was preceded in death by her mother, Iris; father John; brothers Avery, Advin, Stevi, Brett and Desmond; and sister Jonna K.
She is survived by her husband, Ricardo; children T.J., Arthur, Cassandra, Destiny, Jason and Matthew; 15 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A viewing will be from 2 to 5 p.m. today at AAsum-Dufour Funeral Home. Funeral Liturgy will be at 5 p.m. Thursday, April 24, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Albany.
