Charlotte Marie CoslerNov. 20, 1921 - March 19, 2010Charlotte Marie Cosler, 88, of Albany died Sunday in Corvallis of natural causes.She was born in Sioux City, Iowa, to Alfred and Erni (Wodrig) Hansen, the seventh of 12 children. She graduated from high school in Sioux City in 1939.She married Kenneth Cosler on her 21st birthday in Albany. She was a charter member of the Holy Cross Lutheran Church. She especially loved her family very much.Preceding her in death were her parents and son Dennis.She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Kenneth; sons Galen and wife Lynda Cosler of Lynden, Wash., and Ron Cosler of Corvallis; daughter Norma Cosler of Cosmopolis, Wash.; brothers John Hansen of Sioux City, Iowa, and Raymond Hansen of Demming, N.M.; eight grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.The family requests donations to the Holy Cross Lutheran Memorial Fund in lieu of flowers.Visitation will be from4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at AAsum-Dufour Funeral Home. A memorial service will be at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the Holy Cross Lutheran Church.AAsum-Dufour Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
