Chris was born in Lebanon Hospital on January 5, 1960, to Donald and Phyllis Bell. He was a loving, caring, and outstanding husband to Kimberly Bell for 22 years. Chris has two wonderful children, Jessica and Garrett Bell, whom he loved very much. His sister is Leshia Stavang.

Christopher was a smart man. He always put the needs of others first before his own. Chris showed nothing but joy and happiness, even when he was in pain. He was the man his son and wife looked up to.

Christopher left us way too soon. He's in a good place now, completely free, and looking down upon us.
