Clifford Wiest, age 79, passed away peacefully at home on
September 25, 2010. Clifford was born on June 7, 1931 in Portland,
Oregon.
Clifford began his lifelong career with the Oregon State Game
Commission at the Hermiston Game Farm in 1950. He married his wife
Dorla in the summer of 1961. Clifford transferred to E.E. Wilson near
Corvallis, Oregon in 1965 where he and Dorla raised two sons,
Vernon and Randall.
Clifford retired from the Oregon State Game Commission in 1993
and continued working as a volunteer until 2005. Clifford enjoyed
spending time with family and friends. He especially loved attending
his grandchildren's sporting events.
Clifford is survived by his wife of 49 years, Dorla, sons Vernon and
Randall; daughter-in-laws Leona and Katrina; grandchildren Ronald,
Brianna, Travis, Quinton, and Jesse.
A memorial service and potluck for family and friends will be held
on October 16th from 12p.m to 3p.m at 29910 Camp Adair Road
Monmouth, Oregon in the Screen Shop.

Dufour Funeral Home to the American Cancer Society, American
Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, or Willamette
Valley Hospice.
