Crystal Elizabeth Villa, a beacon of love and joy, passed away peacefully on January 3, 2025, at the age of 38 in Albany, Oregon. Born on September 3, 1986, in Corvallis, Oregon, to Elizabeth Sloan and the late Victor Graham, with her stepfather Dale Cobb joining the family later, Crystal's life was marked by her infectious laughter and the immeasurable warmth she brought to every room.
Crystal attended South Albany High School and furthered her education at Phagan's Beauty School and Linn-Benton Community College (LBCC), where she honed her skills and prepared for a bright future with promise. Her career journey included dedicated service at Best Western Plus Prairie Inn, Quality Inn and Suites, and a treasured period as a stay-at-home mom, where she poured her heart and soul into raising and nurturing her family.
She shared a blissful life with her husband Carl Villa. Together they raised a beautiful family including her children Koby Kling, Carter, Cage, and Cash Villa, as well as bonus children Gabby, Claudia, Carl Jr., Aubrie, and cherished grandson Elias.
Crystal's legacy is also lovingly remembered by her mother Elizabeth Sloan, stepdad Dale Cobb, and grandparents Rosalie Graham and Larry and the late Darlene Gillespie. She was a beloved sister to Andy, Sarah, Nick, Kyle, and Courtney Sloan. Her extended family included her mother-in-law Janell Miller, adored aunts and uncles Willie and Tina Dodge, and the late Larry and his wife Tracy Dodge. Crystal's life was enriched by the laughter and love of many cousins, nieces, and nephews, all of whom she adored with all her heart.
Crystal's passions were simple yet profound. She loved listening to music, and she was often found dancing around with a joy that was contagious. Her laughter could light up the darkest of rooms, and her presence was a source of comfort and happiness to all who knew her. Road trips were her favorite kind of adventure, and she embraced the journey with an open heart, always ready to explore new horizons.
