Debbie D. Osborne
January 13, 1956 - April 19, 2016

Debbie passed away surrounded by family on April 19, 2016 at Samaritan Evergreen Hospice House in Albany, OR after a four-month long battle with cancer.
Debbie was born in Tillamook, Oregon to Henry and Dorothy Nagel. She grew up in Lakewood, California. She attended school at Lakewood High School. She moved back to Albany, OR in 1993.
During her working life, Debbie was a well-loved server and bartender.
Debbie was married to Dave Osborne. They later divorced but remained good friends.
Debbie enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren, going to Oregon Duck games, traveling, collecting unicorns, and being with her family. Debbie was an amazing mother and friend who would bend over backwards for her family or friends. She will be missed by many.
Debbie is preceded in death by her mother Dorothy Nagel; brother Kim Nagel; and nephew Justin Nagel.
Debbie is survived by her father Henry Nagel; sister Jerris Baker and husband Larry Baker; brother Rick Nagel; son David Osborne; daughters Ashley Smith and husband Charles Smith, and Karah Osborne; grandchildren Jacob, Taryn, and their mother Karlynne, Ellyana, Jackson, and Kellan; nieces Sarah, Rachel and Randie; nephews Kurston and Ricky; great nieces Ava and Karlee; and great nephew Austin.
A memorial service will take place on Friday, April 22, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Willamette Memorial Park Cemetery chapel (2640 Old Salem Rd NE Albany, OR 97321), with a graveside service following.
