Dorothy was born near McMinnville, Oregon on December 20, 1920. She went to be with her Lord on March 21, 2025, at the age of 104.  Her parents were Daniel and Drusilla (Miller) Yoder.  Dorothy was the last of eleven children and her mother passed away when she was three weeks old.  She grew up in the family of John and Sarah Rogie of Hubbard, Oregon.  Dorothy married Alvin Good on August 31, 1941, and lived in Plainview for the first three years. They moved to the Tangent area to farm and lived there until Alvin's death on November 15, 2006. They had two sons, Richard, Daniel and one daughter, Mildred. She enjoyed her family, church, crafts, gardening and reading.  Dorothy was known for her cooking, especially her delicious cookies and pies. She was a member of the Lebanon Mennonite Church for many years.  When she and Alvin were younger, they were active in MYF activities, teaching Sunday school and were always willing to help their church family.

Dorothy will be dearly missed by all her family and friends.

Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Mildred and son-in law, Mike Mittleberger, and daughter-in-law's, Lauretta Good and Carrie Good, eight grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Alvin and sons Richard and Daniel Good.

A Celebration of Life will be on May 31, 2025, at 11:00 am at Lebanon Mennonite Church in Lebanon, Oregon.
