Edna Mary HegbergApril 19, 1916 - February 22, 2009Edna Mary Hegberg, 92 of Albany passed away peacefully Sunday of natural causes.She was born in Goldendale, Wash. On March 12, 1937 she married Albert Lewellyn of Junction City in Vancouver, Wash.  Albert passed away in 1959.  They had 3 children.Edna was a homemaker and involved in 4-H cooking and sewing.  She also worked at OCE as a food server.In 1964 she married Richard Hegberg of Dallas.  She and Richard enjoyed gardening (especially flowers), RV-ing, crafts, cooking, and large family gatherings.  She was most recently living at the Mennonite Home.Edna is survived by son Phil Lewellyn of Jefferson; daughters Mary Doyle of Albany and Carol Walther of Silverton; 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at AAsum-Dufour Funeral Home.  AAsum-Dufour Funeral Home is handling the arrangements ( www.aasum-dufour.com ).
