Edward Kenneth Kaufman Dec. 12, 1919 - April 3, 2010Edward Kenneth Kaufman, 90, of Albany passed away at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.Edward Kenneth Kaufman was born in Saco,  Mont.  to David and Lola (Trader) Kaufman.  In 1945, he married Daisy Belle Kannar in Preston, Austrailia.   He married Ione Miller in Sweet Home on Sept. 11, 1965. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, vegetable gardening, baking pies and traveling.Preceeding him in death is Ione, his wife of 40 years; son Lawrence; and a grandson Danny Green.He is survived by his son, John Kenneth Kaufman of Lebanon; daughter Barbara Goldsmith and husband Jack of Valejo, Calif.; son Gary Hewitt and wife Marge of Tucson, Ariz.; and daughter Barbara "Bobbie" Toliver of Rustin, La.; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and  two great-great-grandchildren.Contributions may be made to  the Riverside Baptist Church.Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at AAsum-Dufour Funeral Home.A funeral service will be  at 1 p.m. Wednesday at AAsum-Dufour Funeral Home.   Private burial will take place at the Gilliland Cemetery in Sweet Home.  AAsum-Dufour Funeral Home is handling the arrangements ( www.aasum-dufour.com ).
