He was born in Bedford, Indiana to Alonzo R. and Grace (Priest) Zipp.In 1955 he married Margaret E. Funke. Bill is survived by his wife Margaret; son William of Corvallis; daughters Catherine Zipp of Albany and Carolyne Veine of Boise, Idaho; 14 grandchildren; and sister Carolyn Nunley.A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at AAsum-Dufour Funeral Home.
