Frederick Clarence QuickDec. 30, 1940 - April 22, 2008Frederick C. "Joe" Quick of Albany died Tuesday.He was born in Perkins, Calif., to Clarence "Al" and Sarah Fern (High) Quick. He graduated from Placer Union High School in 1959.He was an active member of the Albany Eagles Club and enjoyed hunting, fishing and being outdoors.Joe is survived by daughter Sherri Kennedy and husband Dick of Vancouver, Wash.; son Allen Quick and wife Jackie of Lake Jackson, Texas; grandsons Tyler Hanson of Corvallis, and Hunter and Tanner Quick of Lake Jackson; step-granddaughter Katie Keim of Beaverton; sister Pat Davey and husband Virgil of Logan, Utah; brother Roy Quick and wife Kathy of Jefferson; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Rosemary.A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at AAsum-Dufour Funeral Home.
