Garnett Crawford Clifton
January 7, 1924 - June 24, 2017
Garnett Crawford Clifton 93 of Albany, passed away on Saturday, at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.
Garnett was born in Morrison, OK to Grover and Amy (Crawford) Clifton.  He married Lola D. Richey in Eugene, OR on March 24, 1945.  Garnett was a member of the First Christian Church in Albany and of the V.F.W.  He enjoyed traveling, sports, fishing and hunting.
Garnett is survived by wife Lola D. Clifton; sons Michael C. Clifton of Enid, OK and Thomas L. Clifton of Port Orchard, WA.; daughter Jeanette M. Halsey of Albany, OR. ; 7 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter Susan E. Hanson; 3 brothers and 1 sister.
A celebration of life service will be Saturday, July 1, at 2:00 p.m. at  Albany First Christian Church.  Private burial will be at Willamette National Cemetery.
