Obituary
Gary L. Moore, 69, of Albany died Friday from complications of pneumonia.
Gary was born in Spokane, Wash., the son of Stanley and Eleanor Moore. He was raised by his mother and stepfather Don Engle. He graduated from Albany Union High School with the class of 1961. He served in the U.S. Army in Korea and Germany from 1959 to 1961.
Gary was employed for many years in Albany by OreMet and Tiline.
He was preceded in death by his father; mother; and son Gary.
He is survived by his wife, Patsy; son Don; daughters Jessica and Jolene; sister Jackie Fullen; and stepfather Don Engle.
He enjoyed auto mechanics, motorcycling and ham radio under the name Snowman.
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. today at Riverside Baptist Church, 1300 Spring Hill Drive N.W., Albany. Internment will be at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens.
