Gary Dean Nelson December 14, 1960 - June 22, 2023

Gary Dean Nelson born December 14, 1960 suddenly lost his life in the early hours of July 22, 2023 at 62 years old.

Gary has lived in the Lebanon and Albany area his entire life.  In his younger years he was a member of the Oregon National Guard and was one of the most patriotic people you would ever meet.  He was Albany greatest rock hunter.  A quiet man who always appreciated natures beauty and was loved by many.

Gary was preceeded in death by his mother Judy Byers, his father Norman Nelson and step father Bernard "Bud" Byers. He is survived by his sister Nancy Kerns, brother-in-law Mike Kerns and their two daughters.

Gary's kind heart and infectious laugh will be immensely missed by many.
