Georgia May GrillFeb. 22, 1922 - March 2, 1010Georgia May Grill, 88, passed away at Timberview Nursing Home on Tuesday.She was born in Roosevelt, Minn., to Ed and Ellen Grill. She was the fifth oldest child of nine siblings.  Georgia moved to Spokane, Wash.,  in 1940 to find employment.  She then entered the Army and spent 3 years in Germany.  After her time in the Army she moved to Los Angeles, Calif. She then moved to Gresham and retired from Boeing in 1984.  Upon retirement she moved to Albany where she has resided every since.She loved traveling in her RV, fishing and was an avid sports fan, especially football.  She was a member of the VFW and the American Legion.She is survived by her sisters, Lucille McKee of Albany and Ellen Jansen of Jewell; brother Oliver Grill of Arizona;  12 nieces and newphews; and her best friend Evalayn Schrock. She was preceded in death by parents; brothers Leonard, Harold and  Raymond Grill; and sisters Irene Gordon and Elaine Starren.Upon her request there will be no services.AAsum-Dufour Funeral Home is handling the arrangements ( www.aasum-dufour.com ).
