Grace "Gracie" Amanda (Jeppeson) Halsey

Gracie Amanda Halsey, 75, of Halsey died Wednesday, Feb. 22, at the Samaritan Evergreen Hospice House.

Gracie was born in Lebanon to Melvin and Shirley (Moore) Jeppeson.

She is survived by husband, Harvey Halsey; sons David and Daniel Halsey of Halsey; brother Merle Jeppeson and wife Kathy of Albany; and many other relatives and friends.

The joy of her life was working with teachers and students at the Harrisburg Elementary School where she worked for 30 years before retiring.

A celebration of life will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, April 1, at the Harrisburg Christian Church.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made the Harrisburg Museum.
