Gregg Allen RudzikJuly 10, 1958 - May 17, 2008Gregg Allen Rudzik passed away on Saturday near Florence. He was born in Corvallis to Ralph Sr. and Esther (Welty) Rudzik. Gregg graduated form South Albany High School in 1976 and then enlisted in the army in 1978. He was honorably discharged in 1982. On Dec. 19, 1987 he married Barbara Jo Howard in Albany. Gregg and Barbara made their home in Jefferson for 13 years and then moved back to Albany three years ago. He worked for Evanite and currently for ATI Allvac.Gregg was very involved with his boys and enjoyed spending time on his quad. He loved basketball and was an avid Broncos fan. Gregg was a christian and attended Eastside Christian Church.Gregg is survived by his wife Barbara of Albany; sons Joshua and Nathan; parents Ralph Sr. and Esther (Jean) Rudzik; grandmother Eileen Welty; brothers Rusty and wife Susan Rudzik of Palm Springs, Mark and wife Terry Rudzik of Albany, and Tim and wife Debbie Rudzik of Albany. He was preceded in death by grandparents John and Guyla Rudzik and Francis Welty.Funeral Service will be 10 a.m. Friday at Eastside Christian Church with burial to follow at Willamette Memorial Park.
