Obituary
Helen "Peggy" Bethany Neuschwander 91 of Albany, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 1 at Samaritan Evergreen Hospice House.
Helen was born in Childress, Texas to James and Sue (Hoffman) Evans .
On March 24, 1942 she married Orye E. Neuschwander in Seattle. Orye passed away in 1973. Peggy was a member of the VFW Auxillary and Cootie Auxillary.
She is survived by daughter Joann Schlegel of Oregon City, grandson Todd Mays; great grandson Erich Mays; and niece Kristen Neuschwander. She was preeceded in death by her parents; husband Orye E. Neuschwander; son Evan Neuschwander; and sister Jimmie Sue Thompson.
