Jacquelyn Ann ScogginsSeptember 6, 1966 - March 19, 2008Jacquelyn A. Scoggins, 41, of Albany passed away Wednesday at her home.She was born in Vallejo, Calif., the daughter of James and Lynda (Heidt) Scoggins. She had worked for the Oregon Dept. of Transportation. She is survived by daughter Jessica L. Scoggins, mother Lynda Scoggins, father and step-mother James and Susan Scoggins, brother James Edward Scoggins, sister stephany Carsner, and numerous nieces and nephews.A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at the Mennonite Village Chapel.
