IN LOVING MEMORY OF
James Kenneth
Beattie
August 9, 1995 – October 19, 2021
James Kenneth Beatie had the biggest heart and was a giver by nature.
James always greeted you with a smile and a hello. He loved his family fiercely and enjoyed meeting new people. James always gave people the benefit of doubt. He would give you the shirt off his back if he could. James had many friends and loved to visit with all. Unfortunately, his life was cut short as result of complication of JRA and Diabetes.
James enjoyed the life he was given and liked to try new things. James was truly an experimental cook with great results. He cooked up many great concoctions we enjoyed. He took dance lessons when he was younger, enjoyed music, and he loved on-line games. October 2021 has not been an easy one. James was preceded in death within days by his mother/grandmother who raised him LuAnn Jesse (Tate) Pearson, and his biological mother Anna Marie Keenan. He is survived by his father Christopher Smith Martin; brother Oren Martin; sister Jennifer Hines and husband Oliver Hines; nephew Austin Hines; niece Emma Hines; uncle Bob Tate; and aunts Robin Tate, Marjorie Hogle, Monique Duncan, Janeen Hodges, Denise Vaughan, and Diana Murrell along with their families; stepfather Lynn Pearson; and also, his beloved dog "Julio". Julio brought him so much comfort as James dealt with chronic pain most of his short life.
