Judi Kay RobertsonSept. 12, 1944 - June 14, 2009Judi Kay Robertson, 64 of Albany, passed away Sunday at Country Comfort Care Home. She was born in Santa Maria, Calif., the daughter of Hank and Mae (Woodman) Stringham.  When she was a young girl the family moved to Grover City, Calif. Judi married Gary A. Robertson on March 21, 1964 in Santa Maria, CA. and in 1967 the couple came to Albany.  In 1984 Judi and Gary moved to Hampton, Ore. and ran the "Hampton Station" a restaurant and service station for fourteen years. They sold the station and retired in 1997.  They traveled until Gary became ill.  Judi moved back to Albany in 1999 after the death of her husband Gary and did volunteer work at the Albany General Hospital gift shop.She enjoyed reading, writing, traveling, (especially trips to the coast) being with close friends but most of all her grandchildren.She is survived by son Pete Robertson and wife Kelly of Bend; daughter Lori and husband Chad Richey of Albany;  grandchildren Coleton and Madeline Richey; step grandchildren Chris and Tom Hamilton; sister Sharron Rogers of Grover Beach, Calif.; and several nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband Gary Robertson and sister Joye Hovanec.A private graveside service will be held at Pilot Butte Cemetery in Bend, OR.  AAsum-Dufour Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
