Kenny, 49, of Corvallis passed away Sunday at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.
Kenny was born in Eugene to George D. ball and Sandra Ball Davidson. He grew up in Eugene and Albany, and graduated from West Albany High School in 1982. Kenny served in the U.S. Army between 1986 and 1998 as a sergeant. He also attended Linn-Benton Community College and University of Phoenix.
Kenny worked for Target, Good Sam Hospital and Consumer Power. His favorite job was being a DJ with insight on anything and everything. He was an excellent chef; we learned to eat many strange things in his last months. He was also an ordained minister of the Universal Life Church.
Kenny is survived by companion Roni Sue of Corvallis; former wife Deana Davidson-Maurits of Philomath; daughters Aimee (Davidson) Gutierrez of North Carolina and Katherine A. Davidson of Philomath; son Kenneth E. Davidson, U.S. Army Fort Campbell, Kentucky; brother David J. Ball of Stayton; sisters Catherine J. Slanga of Albany and Ronell J. Schaffner of Salem; parents George D. Ball of Eugene, and Sandra and Rod Davidson of Salem; many aunt, uncles and cousins; five nieces, one nephew and many friends.
Per Kenny's request there will not be a service. He had one request for everyone: to be toasted with a Jamocha Shake from Arby's - his favorite!
Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Association or Corvallis Heartland Humane Society in his name.
