Larry Dean MoeSept. 10, 1938 - July 4, 2009Larry Moe, 70, of Albany died July 4th in Corvallis. He was born in Mitchel, S.D., to his parents Melvin & Vera(Olson) Moe.He attended, graduated from High School and completed two years of college. He married Connie Jacoby on June 20, 1996.He worked at Wha Chang as a draftsman, and owned a local sub shop named Captain Moe's from 1972 to 1985.  His hobbies included hunting and fishing; and he was a member of  the Albany Elks.                              .Larry is survied by wife, Connie of  Albany; son Doug and  wife Melanie Moe of Albany; daughters Julia Riley of Springfield, and Sherry Switt of Minneapolis, Minn.; mother Vera Moe of DeSmet, S.D.; brothers Loren Moe of Cresthill, Ill., and Bradley Moe of Rock Valley, Iowa; sister Carol Fox of DeSmet, S.D.;  granddaughter McKenna Moe of Albany; and  grandson Kylan Moe of Albany.                                  No public service is scheduled. AAsum-Dufour Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements ( www.aasum-dufour.com ).
