Leslie Renea Hill, 54, of Albany, Oregon, passed away at her home on March 27, 2025. Born on February 2, 1971 in Albany, she was lovingly raised by her mother Twyla and stepfather Ronald Ehmke. Leslie was cherished by her family, friends, and fellow nurses.

She graduated from West Albany High School in 1989 and went on to earn her nursing degree in 2003. She worked at Albany General Hospital as a pediatric and labor & delivery nurse for over 20 years.

Leslie married her high school sweetheart, Donald Hill, in August 1991. Their only child, Nick, was born in 1993. Her greatest joy was being a grandmother to Nick and Kayla's daughters: Skylar, age 4, Harper and Jaycie, both age 1. She had a strong dedication to her nursing career, a passion for reading, and adored every cat that crossed her path. She also enjoyed golfing, camping, sewing, and crocheting.

Leslie is survived by her husband, Donald; son, Nick and his wife Kayla; beloved granddaughters, Skylar, Harper and Jaycie; father, Ronald Ehmke; brother, Paul Thomsen and his wife Karrie; and grandmother, Shirley Bodoh.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Twyla.

A service will be held at the Boys and Girls Club of Albany on May 17, at one o'clock in the afternoon.
