Lillian Lucille Fisk, 79, of Albany passed away Sunday at Samaritan Albany General Hospital.
She was born in Boydsville, Ark., the daughter of Gilford B. and Christine (Holifield) Holifield. She was raised in Boydsville and married Albert Gerald Fisk on May 6, 1951, and they lived in Rector, Ark., moved to Toledo on Jan. 2, 1952, and moved to Albany in 1961.
Lillian was a self employed beautician and in 1980 went to work for Hewlett Packard retiring in 1992. She was a member of Albany First Assembly for 30 plus years and enjoyed camping, shopping, traveling and visiting with family and friends.
Lillian is survived by her husband of 60 years, Albert Gerald Fisk of Albany; sons Marion Gerald Fisk of Albany, and David Desmon Fisk and wife Rachel of Plain Dealing, La.; four grandchildren, Pamela Fisk of McKenny, Texas, Matthew Fisk of Denton, Texas, Mackenzie Fisk of Vivian, La., and Colton Fisk of Plain Dealing, La.; two great-grandchildren, Nevaeh and McKenna Fisk of Vivian, La.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home. A celebration of life will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 1, at Albany First Assembly of God with a reception to follow.
