Obituary
Lillie May Gross, 70, of Albany passed away Monday at Timberview Care Center.
Lillie was born in St. Louis, Mo., one of seven children in a blended family. She grew up in Twin Falls, Idaho, attending schools in Twin Falls.
She married Jim Webb in 1960 and later divorced in 1961. In 1963 she married Fred Lucas in California, but later divorced many years later.
Lillie is survived by three children, Teri Herndon, Destry Lucas and Teem Lucas; five grandchildren, Jacob Herndon, Jaimie Goldman, Pax Prouty, December and Miaesperanza Lucas; soon-to-be great-grandchild, Noah Jon Goldman; and best friend June Bladen.
Lillie enjoyed dancing, reading, word games, needlepoint and crocheting. She especially loved fine dining and chocolates.
A celebration of life service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30, at AAsum-Dufour Funeral Home. Inurnment will follow at 4 p.m. at Willamette Memorial Park.
The family will accept flowers, or donations may be made to American Cancer Society.
