She also enjoyed reading, listening to books on tape, gardening, a variety of crafts and spending time with her friends and family.  She was a collector of many things including decorative tins, fairies, angels, and anything with kitty cats.  Her love of kitties extended into a large menagerie of pets over the years, the most recent being Dolly, an orphaned kitten she bottle-fed and nursed back to health.Rosie worked at Peoria Gardens for 23 years where her love of plants and gardening truly shined.  She set a standard for her work attendance that amazed everyone as she continued to work right through the most difficult times of her illness.Rosanne is survived by her husband, John, children, Annie Patterson of Albany and son Andy Canavan of Lebanon; sisters, Dianna Hamel of Lebanon, and Marilyn Renteria of Albany; aunts, Margaret Henstorf of Springfield and Beverly Adair of Albany; and many adoring nieces and nephews. She was preceeded in death by father Harvey Michael and mother Janice Baker.A viewing will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday at Aasum-Dufour Funeral Home.  A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the First Assembly of God in Albany. Charitable contributions may be made in Rosie's name to the Pregnancy Alternatives Center in Lebanon, sent in care of Aasum-Dufour Funeral Home.AAsum-Dufour Funeral Home is handling arrangements.  ( www.aasum-dufour.com )
