Obituary
Melody Anne Lovejoy 57 of Albany, passed away on Thursday, at Samaritan Albany General Hospital.
Melody was born in Elkhart, IN to Harold Arthur and Anna Loraine (Brazel) Lovejoy. She grew up in Elk Hart and came to Albany with her family when she was 18. Melody had attended Trinity Lutheran Church and resided in the Lehigh House. She had won several metals in the special Olympics and enjoyed Karaoke, bowling, shopping, going to dances, going on road trips to the Casino's, horses and going to the rodeo.
Melody is survived by ; brother Steven H. Lovejoy of Astoria, OR. and sister Sheila Shaum of Elk Hart, IN. She was preceded in death by her parents.
A Celebration of life will be at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, September 26, at the funeral home.
