On Sunday, October 15, 2017 Mitchell Bovard passed away suddenly at the age of 32.

Mitch will be forever remembered by his parents, Mike ad Diane, grandparents Sonny and Donna, and other close family members Bart, Tami, Lee, Wayne, and his cousin David as well as extended family members and dear friends.

A native Oregonian, Mitch loved the outdoors and worked as a Wildland Firefighter in Oregon and in the fishing industry in Alaska.  As much as he loved the outdoors it paled in comparison to his love of family.  Family gatherings and celebrations were always the highlight of his time here with us and we will miss him greatly.

As Mitch treasured family celebrations so much, a Celebration of Mitch's life will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 27 at AAsum-Dufour Funeral Home in Albany with Pastor Kelly Dufour presiding.
