Pamela Jean Manifesto Van DoranDecember 20, 1953 - October 2, 2007Pamela Jean Manifesto Van Doran age 53 of Albany passed into the arms of her Savior on Tuesday after a 12 year fight with cancer. She wants it to be known that she went out dancing and clapping her heels. Halleluiah!!Pamela was born December 20, 1953 in Oakland, California to Eugene James Huntley and Ione Florence Rodman Huntley. She moved to Albany from Union City, California in 1955. She married Rocco Richard Manifesto from 1970 - 1977 and then married Christopher Van Doran in 2005.She enjoyed spending time with friends and family, reading, growing flowers, playing table games, bird watching and being in God's creation. Pamela was a member of Grace Bible Fellowship of Tangent.She was preceded in death by her mother Ione Florence Huntley and sister Sandra Ione Jakubicek.She is survived by father Eugene James Huntley of Bay City, Michigan, husband Christopher Van Doran of Albany, daughter Tamara Serene Manifesto of Albany, son Brandon David Manifesto of Albany and two grandchildren; Dustin Anthony and Alissa Serene Manifesto of Albany.There will be a viewing at AAsum-Dufour Funeral Home on Friday, October 5 from 3:00 to 7:00 P.M..
