Pauline M. Shaffer

Pauline Marilyn Shaffer passed away suddenly at her home on Friday, Feb. 24, 2017.

Pauline was born in Albany to Paul and Doris Hostetler and grew up in California. Pauline worked at Hewlett Packard for 23 years. After retiring from HP, she started bowling again and joined a local bowling league. She enjoyed bowling, camping, hiking, gardening, arts and crafts and spending time with her friends and family.

Pauline was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Doris Hostetler; Robert and Patricia Ledeen; and brother Dorian Hostetler.

Pauline is survived by her husband of 45 years, Wayne Shaffer; children Troy Shaffer, and Melinda and son-in-law Sean Berretta; siblings Linda Kypreos, Michelle Ledeen and Harry Hostetler; grandchildren Ashley, Kayla and Paige; and two great-grandchildren.
