Obituary
Ronald Dale Gibbs, 53, of Lebanon passed away Saturday at his home.
Ronald was born in Chanute, Kan., to Leland Dale and Adrianne Johanna (VanSabben) Gibbs. The family moved to Oregon in 1964. Ron grew up and went to school in Lebanon, graduating from Lebanon High School in 1976.
After graduation, Ron attended auctioneer school in Iowa. He spent most of his life in the furniture business. He enjoyed working on furniture, repairing and building, and spent most of his time on it.
Ronald is survived by his father, Leland Gibbs; brothers Dennis Gibbs and Dean Gibbs; son Joshua Gibbs; daughter Jennifer Gibbs Hillman; and grandson Lucas Hillman, all of Lebanon.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Adrianne Gibbs.
A graveside of cremated remains will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 23, at Lebanon IOOF Cemetery.
