Victor was born March 29th, 2000, in Albany, Oregon to David and Pascuala Campbell. He passed away unexpected November 18th, 2024, at his residence.

Victor graduated from West Albany High School in 2018. He worked at Oregon Freeze Dried and at Target warehouse in Albany. Also, he was a part-time substitute educational assistant and custodian at the Greater Albany Public Schools District. Victor was an avid fisherman, and he enjoyed outdoors, camping and cooking.

Victor was baptized into the Catholic Church at St. Edwards in Lebanon, Oregon. He was very proud to meet Archbishop Alexander Sample, during his Catholic Confirmation.

Victor was a kind, thoughtful, smart, caring and loving young man who deserved all the best in this world.

He leaves behind his parents David and Pascuala Campbell, Sister Stephanie Campbell, Uncles, Aunts, Cousins and many friends.
