Zygmont "Zygie" JablonskiMay 2, 1919 - October 16, 2008Zygmont (Zygie) Jablonski went to be with Jesus Thursday.   He went peacefully and joyfully at the age of 89.  He is remembered by his children, Theresa, David, Robert, Regina, and Daniel; their spouses; and his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  He was born in Greenwich, Conn., the son of Polish immigrants.  He served in the US Army as a Sergeant; married Jean Jalbrzykowski; owned a grocery business; and cared for his wife through Alzheimer's disease for 17 years.  He spent the last years of his life with Dan and BJ Jablonski of Albany.  Funeral services will be in his home town of Riverhead, New York.
