Anna Williamson, 90, of Lebanon formerly of Brownsville, Oregon passed away peacefully in her home into the arms of her Savior Jesus on December 29, 2020.
Anna was born June 24, 1930, in Goldach Germany to Joseph and Theresia Huber.
She is survived by her children; Darlene Kirk of Lebanon Oregon, Vicky Martinmaas, and her husband Craig of Beavercreek Oregon, Helen Pugh and husband Jack or Shedd Oregon, David Childers of Albany Oregon, and Teresa Fisher of Weiser Idaho. Anna leaves behind numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
At the age of 23, Anna moved to the United States with her first husband Victor Childers, who was serving in the USAF. They eventually settled in Brownsville, Oregon where they raise their five children. She was active in her church and community in Brownsville, always providing meals and assistance to those in need.
She was an avid gardener and a wonderful cook/baker; especially her baked goods and donuts she prepared for holidays and special occasions. She was a loving mother grandmother and friend! Next to her devotion to God her love of family and friends, she loved her cats. Those who knew her will never forget her. She was funny, energetic and a hard worker, and always had a word of wisdom reflecting her deep love of the Bible. She will best be remembered for her love and service to God, her family, and community.
A viewing will be from 1-5 p.m. on Tuesday, January 5 at AAsum-Dufour Funeral Home.
A graveside of cremated remains will be at 1 p.m. on Friday, May 7, 2021, at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens and Mausoleum.
