John "Dave" David Juvenal Tribute

Dave passed away on September 25, 2023, surrounded by family at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Lisa of Philomath, his sister, Julia Turner of Philomath, his brother, Preston of Dallas, his son Jeremy and five grandchildren. Dave ran the print shop at OSU for over 20 years and was an avid Beavers fan making every home game possible. Dave enjoyed anything outdoors from camping to fishing to motorcycling. He was a great Papa to his grandkids. We anticipate celebrating his life on December 9th and invite friends and family to celebrate at his home.
