Joy Twedell

August 26, 1934 ~ June 17, 2022 (age 87)

E. Joy Twedell, 87, of McMinnville, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, on June 17, 2022. Joy was born in Bell, California to Ernest Edgar and Opal (Ross) Ralls. In 1949, her family moved to Medford, Oregon. She graduated from Medford Senior High in 1952. After two years of dating, she married the love of her life, Conrad Twedell, on November 5, 1952 at her parents' home in Central Point. The Lord blessed them with three children. In 1973, they moved to the Willamette Valley due to Conrad's job transfer with the  Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife. After their retirement in 1996, they moved to Sweet Home. After Conrad passed, she moved to be closer to her family.

Joy enjoyed being a wife, mother and grandmother. She loved spending time with her family and friends, helping them any way she could. She enjoyed spending time in daily Bible reading and sharing the Lord's love with others.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 59 and a half years; sister Wanda Sinclair and brother Richard Ralls.

She is survived by son Bryan and wife Tina of Albany; daughters Debi Culver and husband John of Carlton, and Becky Kari and husband Jon of Sherwood; 10 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren; sister Lois Roberts, and many nieces and nephews.
