Kelly Anne Culley passed away March 30 from complications from
diabetes at her home in Albany at the age of 58.
She was born on March 4, 1960 to Sally and Ray Culley in Silverton,
Oregon. She lived in Silverton and Alsea before moving to Corvallis where she graduated from Crescent Valley High School.
She is survived by her son, Brennen Culley of Albany; mother, Sally
Culley of Corvallis; brothers, Doug of Alsea, Dennis (Peggy) of Sanders, Idaho, Kevin (Janice) of Sioux City, Iowa, and Ken (Debbie) of Corvallis; and one sister, Cindy (Dwayne) McPhetridge, of Dallas, Oregon. She leaves a truckload of nieces and nephews she loved dearly.
Her father, Ray Culley, preceded her in death in 2010.
Kelly loved gardening, decorating, music, and she was always willing to take over the planning of any family event. She cherished her time spent with her son Brennen and was so proud of the man he had become.
Kelly had a giving heart, always willing to step in and help anyone who needed it. She was a one-of-a-kind who will be greatly missed.
A celebration of life will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 7, at her mother’s home, 1167 NW Country Hills Drive, Corvallis, beginning with a short service.
