Linda "Beth" Daniel passed away peacefully at her home on January 18, 2023, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Beth leaves behind her two cherished and much-loved dogs, Montey and Minnie, who are now living with family in NM. Beth grew up in Dallas, TX and graduated from Sunset High School in 1962. She attended the University of North Texas and later graduated from the University of NM in Albuquerque. She married and moved to New Mexico in 1972. Beth worked for PTLA in Los Alamos. In 2013, several years after retiring, Beth moved from New Mexico to Oregon, a place she quickly called home.
Beth was an active volunteer in her community, an avid gardener, particularly of heirloom tomatoes, and she loved to take fun excursions in her RV, exploring the Pacific Northwest with her traveling companions, Montey and Minnie. Beth will be missed by her family and friends. A "Celebration of Life" will take place this spring.
Beth is survived by her daughter, Julee and son, Dan and three grandchildren, (Noah, Aubrie, and Gracie) as well as her sister, Marilyn, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Grady and Clyde Daniel.
