Sandra was born July 7th, 1948, in Pennsylvania to Marcella & Carroll Campbell. She joined the Air Force after graduating from Keystone Oaks High School in 1966. Sandra met her husband, Duane Decker, while stationed at March Air Force Base in California. Duane & Sandra married September 30th, 1967. They lived in Pennsylvania till 1992 and moved to Oregon to spend time with Duane's family. Sandra's special interests & hobbies were with 4-H, gardening, reading, her kids sports, freelance reporting for the Jefferson Review and being involved with the Morningstar Grange.

She is survived by her husband Duane Decker, Sister, Kathy Campbell, Brother Kevin Campbell, Daughters Mary Shook (Ed) Heather Decker, Son Scott Decker (Beckey) Grandchildren, Eddie, Ashley, Alyssa, Stephanie, Brandon, Darren, Abby & Brianne. And 13 Great grandchildren. Many Niece's & Nephews & greats too!

Preceded in death was her mother & father and sister Terri Campbell.

Celebration of life is set for July 7th 2024
