Dear Lloyd Family,
I was so sorry to hear of Randy’s death and we want to express our most sincere sympathies to you and the family during this difficult time from the team here at DWFritz. Your husband/father was a highly valuable and respected member of our team here and the effects of his passing are felt deeply by his peers. He was inspirational in an understated way- he never sought praise or attention. It was his gentle, patient, thoughtful approach and his demonstration of the word "team" that made him so remarkable. He was always more focused on the good of the company and the task at hand than on his own benefit. No job was too small. His stellar work ethic overshadowing any physical obstacles. His five year anniversary award ceremony at DWFritz was among the best we have ever had. He touched every employee there with his smile.
Personally, I took comfort from him in dealing with my own family’s cancer illness. For those of us who had the privilege of talking with him about his remarkable journey, you could not but be humbled by his tenacity, ongoing curiosity, and his sheer endurance to see it through. He was generous in sharing his knowledge and resources. He was truly inspirational in his courageousness and in his dedication to his family.
He was an exemplary man, and he will be remembered.
My deepest sympathies,
Elaine Lees

I was so sorry to learn of Randy's passing. While I never knew him, my sister Sarah spoke of him often and very fondly. Her friendship with Randy meant a great deal to her. I know, from listening to Sarah over the many years, that Randy was an exceptional person. He was a wonderful partner, a loving father and a good friend. Please accept my deepest condolences for your loss. I know Randy will be missed but always remember that he'll live on in y our hearts and souls.

To the Lloyd family-
I am saddened to hear the passing of one of the most courageous men I knew. Randy and I shared many long conversations about cancer, homeopathic remedies and other unique approaches to cancer treatment. Randy most likely tried every one of them but did so with such passion and purpose, almost willing a successful outcome. He never backed down and never gave up.

I hope his family finds peace during this difficult time but also finds incredible joy in the life that he fulfilled and led.

Our condolences,
The Tanguay Family

So sorry, Randy was a great guy and always willing to help out. I remember going skiing with him and to a midnight oil concert.

I am sending prayers to you and the children. I am sorry to hear of the passing of Randy. Randy sure fought a long and great battle with his illness. The last time I saw him he had such a great attitude and was so strong. Randy is someone we can all take a lesson from.
